Jeff Pardi of San Rafael a whopping $45,475 in prize money. Jeff caught the
348.2 lb halibut on July 9th while fishing with Capt. Keith Kalke on the
Ocean Hunter with Ocean Hunter Charters. Congratulations Jeff and
congratulations to Keith who has won the Captain's prize of $4,547!
Total ticket sales for the 2008 Homer Jackpot Halibut Derby was 18,190,
highest number of tickets sold since the 2004 record breaking year!
